Terms of Use & Privacy

1. Acceptable Use

By uploading a file you confirm that you own all necessary rights to that content or have explicit permission from the rights holder to share it here.

You agree not to upload:

• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful material.
• Malicious files intended to exploit viewers or third-party software.
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

2. Content Visibility

Files you upload are stored on Vercel Blob and are accessible to anyone who has the direct URL, even if they do not appear in the public library. Do not upload files you need to keep confidential.

The admin may promote uploads to the public library or remove them at any time without prior notice.

3. Storage & Availability

We make no guarantee of permanent storage or uninterrupted availability. Uploaded files may be deleted — for example if they violate these terms, or for operational reasons. Keep your own copy of anything important.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

This service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or content uploaded by users.

6. Privacy

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Account data — your name and email address, stored in our database to authenticate you.
• Upload metadata — file name, format, size, and the URL of the stored file.
• Session data — a short-lived cookie to keep you signed in.

We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your information with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon) required to run the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
